First of all the are RECHARGEABLE!!! In the past when I was having to use bike lights every night I was stuck with rechargeable batteries with were both a pain to use and heavy. These lights have fixed that problem. They are lightweight and easy to take on and off the bike. This set comes with two charging cables which is handy but make sure you have to port available so you can charge at the same time. I love that just clicking the lights give you different light intensities or patterns. Also because they are lightweight they do not bounce around.
The only drawback to these is that they are not as bright as the night owl so make sure they will work for your environment. i can see across my 1/3 acres lot but they don't seem to have enough power to through a lot of light in front of you if you are ridding and a moderate or high speed. They will however catch drivers attention to you and warn them of your location.
