Pacifier clip, Set of 3, For Boys and Girls

These are great. With a 7 month old who is starting to teethe and who also likes to through her toys on the floor we can’t do without these. They are called pacifier clips but I like to call them a toy leashes. We use them at the table, in the car s eat, on the couch and even while she is sitting on the floor.

I love playing with my baby but sometimes the pickup game is just too much after just a few minutes. These allow us to clip her toys within reach and allows her to drop or throw them as much as she wants and still have them within reach.

This company has thought of it all from the safe easy to use clips to the designs and packaging. Most of the products similar to these that I have seen have metal clips but these are plastic this means no sharp edges and so they are safe on baby’ hands and won’t ruin clothes. The clip looked kind of weird as first but once I saw how to use it I realized that it seems superior over other clips. This product showed up well packed in a nice box. It was clearly unopened judging by the seal on it. The instructions were more than adequate and it came with a convenient carrying case. I love this product so much that I still have yet to have a need to the carry case but it is there it I need it. What makes this purchase even more worth your money is the discount code included on the box for a future purchase.

I give this 5 stars not only because it is a great product but also because it has made life so much easier.

Best Silicone Cooking Gloves+Internal Cotton Layer says it all. These defiantly beat the silicone mittens I have been using the past 8.5 years.






I bought these because I was looking for gloves to use at the grill and for camping that would give me the protection and dexterity that I could not get with my mittens.



The 4 main features that really make these standout from what I previously had are:
Individual fingers: this has made it possible to really grip my grilling tools without the bulkiness of almost all my fingers being ties together. It was hard enough to use the old pair to take pans out of the oven and now I don’t have that problem anymore.
Cotton lining: This was a great thought
Full textured grip on both sides: This means that you don’t have a right and left glove but can just put them on and you will get superior non-slip grip no matter where you need it on the gloves.
Easily washable: enough said.
I plan on also using these when we go camping for use in and around the fire and am excited to see how they hold up.








In all fairness I do have to put this one point of critique out there. If I could change one thing it would be to somehow attach the cotton lining to the fingertips inside the glove. I have had issues with taking my hand out of the glove and the cotton lining following partially so that I have to push it back into each finger before putting the glove back on. Maybe it is just me because I noticed that it was only happening to one hand and not both.

This 4 in 1 is a very versatile flashlight. It is heavier than most that I have used but that is caused by the extremely durable made with aircraft-grade anodized aluminum that makes it water proof and shock proof. The 4 stages of this light are floodlight, Spot light, White bar light and flashing red bar. They get the different options with a combination of extending the handle and half-pressing the power button.

I bought this flashlight so for any reason including camping, hiking, work around the house and on my cars. It is very versatile and practically indestructible.

One of the selling points was the heavy magnet end. This is the best magnet I have found anywhere for this size of a light. Unfortunately sticking it to my hood while working around the engine is not very effective. If the head had a swivel to it so it can point in the direction if would have passed this test. Another selling point was the fact that is had many light functions. For me all the functions worked as expected (although not as bright as I thought it would be) as a function but were very tedious at times because the button seemed to be overly sensitive. The button is made to be fully pressed to turn on or off the power. While on you half-push the button to cycle though the options. Mine would work sometime but others it seemed like I barely touched it and it would change one or two functions. In an emergency situation this would be very reliable to have happen. The last feature that I love is the fact that the batter compartment is double sealed. In order to get to it you unscrew the end with the battery on it (with the light in the short position) and then unscrew a second cap. It takes 4 AAA batteries make be the cause of the dimmer light output.

Compared to other flashlights this one is high on my list. Not for its light output but because of its durability and ability to be used in many different situations. This light is practically indestructible to it will take many years of abuse without even showing. I give this a 4 star rating because overall it holds up to it claims but with the button being finicky at times I cannot rate it a 5.

These are a set of silicone shoe laces that make it possible to “lace” your shoe once and not have to do it again. They also allow to not have to tie your shoes ever again.

I thought I would try this product since I I find myself taking my shoes on and off a lot going between the house and the yard and/or the garage after work while I work on projects. I figured I would try these to minimize the time and effort spent in tying my shows each time I go out.

These laces are made of a durable silicone that is fairly easy to insert into the eyelets of the shoes but they will not work on shoes or boots that have hooks. I love that they come in many different colors although I stuck with black so that they would be more versatile and conservative. These laces are waterproof and easy to clean if they get dirty. They also stretch unlike normal shoe laces.

At first I wanted to send them back because I thought I had ordered the wrong size. They made my work shoes feel loose like they were not on tight enough. Since there is no way to adjust them except starting with a smaller sized width I decided to try them on the sneakers. They were a little better. I also tried them on my dress shoes and after a bit didn’t notice too much of a difference. I love the shape of the ends on these laces. They stay in very well and have never had a problem with them coming out. My concern with these is that they do not make a small enough size for good comfort for my shoes. I wear a 9 in men’s and therefore they probably don’t fit kids’ shoes well at all.

If You Were Me and Lived in...the Middle Ages

This book describes what it would be like to be born in 1072 in a small town in England. Throughout the story almost every paragraph is written in a way that it teaches you new words and their definition though natural story telling of facts.

We have a few other book from this series and my kids have really enjoyed them. This book seems to be a little different for them. I think that it is probably the length of the book that is a turn of to them. This book has 79 pages (words on the left side with part of the picture that bleeds over to the whole next page so really only 40 pages of reading) with a few pages about famous people from that era and 13 pages for the handy glossary. Other books we have contain 49 pages (words on the left side with part of the picture that bleeds over to the whole next page so really only 24 pages of reading) and 2 pages of glossary, another has 53 pages(27 of reading with full page pictures on the right) and 8 pages of glossary and another has 40 pages (20 of reading with full page pictures on the right) with a few pages about famous people and 8 pages for glossary all in a bigger sized font.
The pictures in this book are very basic looking yet very supportive of the text. Mateya Arkova is the the same illustrator who did "If You Were Me and Lived in...Ancient Greece.

The manner that this story is told is great. I could really see this a great framework in a school classroom for a huge unit on the Middle Ages. In my kids experience it is not so great as a sit down and read book like many of the others in the series are.

I give this book 4 stars. This is not due to quality of the book but due to the opinion of my kids which is who it was mostly written for.

Super Strong Deluxe Car Seat Travel Bag

The Super Strong Deluxe Car Seat Travel Bag is a great addition to any travel plans you have. I will not be going on vacation without it. I will not be going on vacation without it.

In the past we have had to hand care car seats and booster seats through the airport. I'm talking 2 or 3 of them through the airport along with our luggage and younger children. This is not always as easy task. This morning I took our large fullback car seat that this was built so big for and easily stuck it into this bag with no problem at all. Since this is not the actual car seat we will be traveling with I decided to put the 3 that we will be using in and see how they fit. This was my real test (for my personal purposes). I was able to fit both my booster seats in there along with our infant carrier/car seat. The only thing that did not fit in these initial tests was the base unit to the infant carrier/car seat but that was not imperative since the carrier/car seat has a place for the seatbelt to still secure it.

This bag has some really awesome features such as the tough fabric and heavy duty zipper which make it a breeze to get the seat(s) in quickly with little effort. The zipper also has a zipper tuck at the end to help protect the zipper while in transit of those oh so delicate airline baggage handlers :). The zipper also makes sure that it contents stays clean and hopefully dry (I have not tested it with water). Another nice feature is the backpack straps! These straps have generously sized pads that slide on the straps for ultimate carrying comfort and ease. Some of the other car seat bags I have seen lack the backpack style straps. These are very much appreciated because it still leaves your hands free for children and/or luggage. I also find it helpful to have the lift strap on the front under the ID window. This not only make it quick to get it moved from one spot to another if carried by hand but it seems to be placed nicely to keep the bag overall balanced in your hand. The padded bottom is also another feature that was well thought out. It seems to me that this would help absorb impacts while full and in transit. Last but certainly not least is the carry pouch for putting the bag in when it is not in use.

Other makers of this type of bag have used drawstrings and some have also only used carry handles. The backpack style is a definite plus in my book and the zipper was a very nice surprise to be so big and convenient in providing a large opening and overall durability.

I give this bag 5 stars! I was going to give it a 4 star rating due to the makings on the front saying it was a stroller carrier but then I saw the apology note from the company and gave them a half start more for their thoughtfulness in being proactive in the mistake. 4.5 rounds to 5 so there you have it.
