Chef Remi looked like it had a good reputation so we decided to try it. This one has a little bigger circumference and only cuts into sections while out other one cut into 10. That is not really a big deal to me in the end but worth pointing out. The bigger diameter allows us to cut more fruits and vegetables that our previous one. We have yet to try it on potatoes or onions.
I really like the ergonomically designed handles with the soft rubbery grips. This is really nice since it absorbs the pressure and tension and keeps your knuckles from hitting the counter as much depending on the size of your hands.
This is easy and safe for my kids to use as long as they remember that this is still considered a knife and they need to use appropriate caution.
Another selling point is that this is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
I can’t find anything wrong with it so I am giving it a 5 out of 5 stars!
