This the first pair of
copper infused compression socks that I have owned. They feel great and they breathe
well. I could instantly feel a difference in my feet not being so sweaty. They
are made of nylon, Spandex along with the copper-infused threads. From what I
understand this allows for better circulation as well as wicking way the
moisture that makes your feet stink. The compression also seems to
help relieve achy muscles so these would be good for hiking, camping, running
and exercising.
Another great thing
about these are that they are machine washable I don’t have to have any special
detergent or process to keep them clean.
As far as the copper
goes I am not sure how to tell if that is doing its job.
